FOFAB started in 2003 following the dissolution of Joe and Keef's previous band The Mirrormen and continues to this day. Three albums, three UK tours, one European tour, gigs with Oi Polloi, Napalm Death, Antisect, Conflict and Fun Lovin' Criminals happened, along with a multitude of line-up changes.
